Embodiment through movement

Pole Workshops

Sensual, strong, and deeply empowering — our pole workshops invite you to reconnect with your body through movement, expression, and play. Whether you’re a first-timer or an experienced mover, you’ll be guided safely and joyfully through techniques that build strength, confidence, and fluidity.

The sessions are led by Marion Crampe and Doye, two world-class movement artists with over 20 years of combined experience. Marion is an internationally renowned pole dancer known for her poetic, soulful style and for helping students unlock deep self-expression through movement. Doye brings his powerful presence and unique movement language from over two decades in Cirque du Soleil, offering a grounded, creative approach to strength and embodiment.

Together, they create a supportive, inspiring space where you’re invited to explore your edges, shed shame, and move from the inside out.

Union through movement

Yoga

Rooted in the spirit and philosophy of Ashtanga Yoga, our daily morning practice is designed as a gentle awakening of the body, breath, and mind. As the sun rises over the horizon, we gather in silence and presence to move through a simple yet powerful Sun A flow, following the rhythm of the breath and the natural energy of the new day.

Following breathwork and meditation, this moving practice becomes a ritual of grounding and activation — not an intense physical training, but a conscious way to awaken the body, cultivate focus, and reconnect with ourselves through movement and breath. Accessible to all levels, the practice emphasizes presence, fluidity, and inner awareness rather than performance or perfection.

Midway through the retreat, we deepen this experience through the traditional challenge of the 108 Sun Salutations, a powerful collective practice of discipline, surrender, endurance, and meditation in motion.

Beyond the physical practice, the philosophy and roots of Ashtanga are woven throughout the retreat during our evening fire connections. Together, we explore the meaning of the eight limbs of Ashtanga, the symbolism of 108, the beauty of Sanskrit mantras, and the use of the Japa Mala as tools for awareness, intention, and inner connection.

More than a yoga practice, this experience is an invitation to reconnect with rhythm, ritual, nature, and presence — allowing movement, breath, philosophy, and community to become part of a deeper journey inward.

Meditation & Breathwork

Each day begins by turning inward. Our guided meditation and breathwork sessions offer a space to slow down, reset your nervous system, and reconnect with your inner landscape. Through simple, powerful techniques — from conscious connected breathing to silent sitting — you’ll be supported in clearing mental fog, releasing emotional weight, and deepening awareness.

No experience is needed — just your breath and your willingness to show up. This is where transformation starts: one breath at a time.

Creative Photoshoot

This isn’t just about taking photos — it’s about capturing transformation. Our professional photoshoots are woven into the retreat experience as a celebration of who you are and what you’re shedding. With nature as our backdrop and your essence as the focus, these portraits are raw, intentional, and deeply personal.

You’ll be gently guided to express yourself authentically — through movement, stillness, or simply being. The result? Images that reflect not just how you look, but how you feel: empowered, open, and alive.
